Next I had to figure out how I would make everything work. So I went and took apart an OLD computer case... like a 486 computer case. I took out two 3.5" holders. This will give enough expansion slots for future hard drives and the floppy disk. I also took out the 5.25" drive holder to mount the cdrom. Below is a picture after I drilled the fan holes and mounted the 3.5" holders.
If you look closely, you can see where I drilled and installed the brass screw holders for the motherboard.

If you look above, I had to use the dremel to cut out the back of the drawer. This helped because the drawer would not close with the fans attached to the back of the cabinet. Here is a shot from the front with the fans/grills attached...
